The pineal gland (also called the pineal body, epiphysis cerebri, epiphysis, conarium or the “3rd eye”) is a small endocrine gland in the vertebrate brain. It produces the serotonin derivative melatonin, a hormone that affects the modulation of wake/sleep patterns and seasonal functions. Its shape resembles a tiny pine cone (hence its name), and it is located near the center of the brain, between the two hemispheres, tucked in a groove where the two rounded thalamic bodies join. The biological bases of Maharaji’s techniques of Knowledge: “More and more believing that a natural physical or biological change takes place while experiencing this pure energy inside ourself, that there’s actually a gland on the top of the brain called the pineal gland and that this gland is a light receptor and when we turn to the energy inside ourself which is light it activates a gland that right now in the human body is not active and this gland in turn secretes chemicals that leads to a whole harmonisation of the physical body so that the gland that ordinarily secretes chemicals that lead to fear and outrage and anger are actually brought under control.”

The pineal gland is bio-luminescent and is sensitive to light. Like a cell phone, it has a built in wireless transmitter and is the connecting link between the physical and spiritual worlds and higher frequencies. By awakening our pineal gland, we can speed up our learning and memory abilities, enhance our intuition and creativity, trigger our psychic healing abilities and experience bliss.

The 3rd Eye

The symbol of the pineal gland is the pine cone. It is so revered by the Vatican that a special Vatican court was built called the ‘Court of the Pine Cone’ where the world’s largest pineal gland symbol is on display! The symbol is also found on the staff of the Pope and the Egyptian god Osiris. Why has this powerful gland at the center of our cranium been ignored and given so little mainstream attention? Because it is our power source and the ruling families know this.

Medical science refers to the pineal gland as “the atrophied third eye”. By the age of 12, it has already calcified and hardened and by adulthood, it is dormant and atrophied from lack of use. Recent research reveals that fluoride which is a toxic additive to our water supply and toothpaste accumulates in the pineal gland where it wreaks havoc.

There is an ancient technique that has been passed down through the centuries for reactivating the pineal gland. The technique produces the same results that the Tibetan monks achieve through trance meditation. This exercise technique should not be attempted by anyone who does not feel ready to explore higher realms of consciousness beyond the five senses. To begin the exercise, you need to find the right vibrational tone. Hum the word love not in a low or high pitched voice but somewhere in between. When you find the right tone, it will feel right.

Sit comfortably with your back straight and your eyes closed and scan your body for any sign of tension. Take 3 long deep breaths through your nose and exhale all the tension through your mouth. Visualize your third eye opening to a loving universe where all that exists is bliss. Take another deep breath through your nose and hold it for a few seconds. Just before you exhale, purse your lips and place your tongue between your teeth. Press down gently on your tongue with your teeth. As you slowly exhale through your pursed lips, loudly hum the word love and vibrate the V sound until all of the air is expelled from your lungs.

Repeat this exercise four more times taking a few moments rest between each repetition. To awaken your pineal gland, you need to repeat this exercise again for two more days in a row at 24 hours apart. The entire exercise only has to be done once to be effective. Coupled with meditation exercises, it may take six weeks or more to experience your newly awakened abilities. Once you enter the door to infinity which is always open to you, you will learn that you don’t need a reason to be happy.

It is your fear of the unknown that prevents you from developing and exploring other senses which you already possess. By developing your intuitive sense, you will be able to feel, read and interpret energy using your ‘gut feelings’.

Clairvoyance allows you to see far away places and hidden objects. Psychokinesis is your ability to change the atomic structure of an object and move it with the power of your mind. Telepathy is your ability to communicate with just your thoughts. By developing your transcendent sense, you can transcend the material world of illusion, travel to other realms and merge with infinite energy.

Once you wake up from reality, you will realize that you are not in your body, your body is in you. You’re not in your mind, your mind is in you. You’re not in this universe, the universe is in you. Source http://www.helpfreetheearth.com
